Nokia releases update for Windows Phone 7 Lumia 800 mobile phone

Finnish handset maker Nokia has announced an update is available for their first ever Microsoft Windows Phone 7 based Lumia 800 mobile phone. This coming from the company who dropped their own Symbian platform as the main OS on their flagship devices, back in February this year.

Nokia made public this news over Facebook, from their Nokia UK account and in a message that reads: ‘Starting today, 7th December, and rolling out over the next two weeks we will be releasing software updates to deliver exciting new features and performance enhancements including charging improvements to the award winning Lumia 800.’
